On Sunday, November 8th, we acknowledge Indigenous Veterans Day. We honour the courage, sacrifice, and service of Indigenous Veterans who have served Canada in times of war, conflict, and peace. We recognize the significant contributions they have made, often in the face of discrimination and barriers.

Today, we also reflect on the importance of ensuring their stories, experiences, and legacy are remembered and respected.
